Notes are in individual notebooks, with the names of medical officers and opening times on the front with the instruction: ‘This book is to be kept clean, to be brought to the Dispensary whenever advice or medicine is required and to be returned when the patient is to be discharged’
Most notes relate to the period 1944-1948 and the series is arranged in alphabetical order. These records are not available for consultation without special permission.
