Directors' Reports

Scope and Content

These reports appear to have been made to each Committee/Board meeting, occasionally they are presented as part of the overall minutes, and there are also some which are marked as 'not presented', presumably when the meeting ran out of time. Some copies are annotated. The reports contain a summary of the Director's activities, including notes on meetings held with other organizations or individuals, and then tend to follow the same numbering as the agenda. They therefore represent the Director's contributions to the meeting as well. The first appointed member of staff was Melanie Harris, Co-ordinator; in 1995 the Co-ordinator was re-named the Director.


For ease of use, these records have been separated from the rest of the meeting papers.
