To [Sarah Gwynne junior]. Charles has now received a full account of his brother's address to the Society last Sunday in which he gave a full account of Charles's courtship of Sarah. Even [?Charles Perronet or Edward Phillips] must now acknowledge that the Societies are fully aware of the situation.
Charles intends leaving for London on 15 or 16 March, returning to Bristol on 9 April. It is probable that the Wesley brothers shall visit Garth, unless Charles leaves London on 30 March and Bristol on 3 April, in which case they may meet with Sarah, although Charles is far from confident about this.
