Photograph of The Speaker's Procession which shows John Henry Whitley dressed in formal gold-embroidered robes. The photograph includes (from left to right): unidentified leader of procession, Sergeant-at-Arms (possibly Sir Colin Keppel) as Mace-bearer, Whitley as Speaker, train-bearer (believed to be Mr. Murrell, the Chaplain (Canon Carnegie) and the Speaker's secretary (Sir Ralph Verney).
