Collection of writs collected by A. Strath Maxwell, relating to half nets salmon fishing of the Foords (var. Ly Foordis , Ly Furdis , Ly Fuirdis ) on the River Dee, 1509 - 1675; half nets salmon fishing of the Pot (var. Ly Pott) on the River Dee, 1553 - 1733; the lands of Ower Straloche (otherwise called the Miekle Town of Straloch), Owerhill, Aickinstank, Nether-toune miln and Owertoune milne of Straloche with their miln-lands - the towns and lands of Kingorne, Brunthill, Quhytrasches, Ower and Nether Clunis and Lie Knappis, 1569 - 1604; the lands of Pettlurgis, Ower and Nether Auchquhorthies, with the Mill of Auchquhorthies called Tarnaste ... and the croft of Petriffnie, alias Letachie, in the barony of Keith and regality of Spyny, 1580 - 1673; the lands of Kynmundeis, with all their pertinents, comprising the town of Kynmundy, Le Mylhill, le Mylbrek, Pettimarcus and Kynknokky, Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire, 1506; the lands of Petmagoak in the barony of Schewess, Aberdeenshire, 1506; the town and lands of Clubsgowell with the mill and mill lands of the same, the town and lands of Lochhills, Haulkhillock, North and South Arrieburns, Perwinnies, Boddochraw, a half net salmon fishing in Lie Bishop's Cavell on the Don, with other fishings pertaining to these lands, and the town and lands of Hiltoune, in the parishes of Old and New Machar, Aberdeen, 1624 - 1687.
