Thomas Phillips (fl. 1886-1927) was a cooper based in Hebron, Cilymaenllwyd, Carmarthenshire. He appears to have been connected with David Philips, also a cooper, of Whitland, Carmarthenshire. Benjamin Thomas (fl. 1844-1876) farmed at Penrallt, Cilymaenllwyd.
