Miscellaneous papers relating to Wilkinson's research on pernicious anaemia and some specific patients as well as a few items of correspondence. Included is a copy of a letter written by one female patient to her husband complaining of the treatment. There are also papers on the storage of blood and a letter dated 1941 from C. Bastin, the Minister Plenipotentiary and Director-General at the Belgian Government Central Bureau for Refugees thanking Wilkinson for his treatment of a young Belgian refugee who unfortunately died. There is also a letter from L. Foulds dated 1940 discussing the effect of war and him going into the Emergency Public Health Laboratory Service in Cambridge and a letter from the Department of Bacteriology and Preventive Medicine at the University of Manchester dated 1937 discussing nematodes from the liver of elephant.
