In 1962 Wilkinson goes on a second international tour with a similar aim of giving lectures, engaging in clinical teaching and advising staff on haematological and clinical services. On this tour he visits Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, Trinidad, and British Guiana [Guyana]. His reports of each stage of his visit offer insights into the medical facilities and haematological care available in each of these countries, with his views on the state of affairs.
