Three of the five boxes are organised alphabetically by surname with no indication as to the origin of the patients, one box includes a divider to suggest that all the individuals are deceased, and the final box contains a number of dividers separating the cards into the following groups: Boots 1968, Boots 1966, Zurich, ICI, and Gen Life Assurance.
