Typescript copy of the report. There were seven research workers who, with their research interests, were Mrs Oliver and Miss McLean, both absent owing to ill-health and accepting another position respectively, Miss Linford (blood coagulation time in cases of jaundice), Miss Stephen (effects of anaesthetics on metabolism), Dr Smirk (elaboration of methods for the estimation of iron and chlorine on 1/75th cc. of blood), Mr Kitson (whether regurgitation from the duodenum may take place without occurrence being indicated by the appearance of bile in samples from the stomach), and Morrell Roberts (researches into gastric function).
