Handwritten notes of a lecture given at the Manchester Royal Infirmary on diseases of the blood along with further introductory notes on haemolytic anaemias, agranulocytosis, and diseases associated with alterations in the white cells. The file also contains a summary of clinical and laboratory findings in 60 patients with iron-deficiency, graph of fractional gastric analysis results for one named patient, a short paper entitled 'Folic Acid' given by Wilkinson at an ordinary meeting of the Medical Society of London on 9 February 1948, and a draft letter from Wilkinson and M.C.G. Israëls to The Lancet disputing a letter published by T.H. Jukes on the subject of folic acid and the nervous system on 17 April 1948.
