Acquisition Information
Inside front cover the autograph and bookplate of John Lee of Colworth, and on a flyleaf the following note in his hand: 'This manuscript was given by Dr Clarke to Johnson his servant - who disposed of it to me on January 5 1825 at his house in the presence of the Revd Mr Henslow and the Revd N. Fiott.' At some time 'lot 173'. Presented by S. G. Perceval, 2 Jan. 1895.
