Opening of British Legion Club's new building at Flint by Lieutenant Geenral Sir Richard Butler (1870-1935), GOC Western Command 1924-8. Inspection of parade by General Butler. Laying of wreath at Flint War Memorial. Procession of British Legion members with band. Shots of opening of club building. This film is now available to watch on DVD, ref: F/16.
