Northern Hotels Ltd, hotels and motels, with registered offices in Edinburgh, Scotland, were certainly in existence between 1931 and 1965. The company became a wholly owned subsidiary of United Caledonian Breweries Ltd, Glasgow and Edinburgh, in 1965. No more is known about the company's history to date.
