File relating to the establishment of the twice-yearly journalPoetry Nation in 1973. Brian Cox helped Michael Schmidt to inaugurate this journal, which was subsequently renamed PN Review in 1976. The file consists of: copy letters to eminent critics, writers and poets recommending the new journal and inviting contributions; correspondence between Cox and Michael Schmidt; correspondence relating to advertising, distribution, grants, and business registration for the journal; correspondence, estimates, invoices and a proof relating to the printing of the new journal and associated stationery; and correspondence relating to the supply of review and complimentary copies. /124 is a typescript draft of an editorial by Schmidt for the first issue of the new journal, entitled 'The Politics of Form'.
