Lease for a year by John Crewe, the elder, of Utkinton, and Mary, his wife, to Sir Thomas Wilbraham of Woodhey, bart., Sir Thomas Delves of Duddington [Doddington], bart., Sir Thomas Mainwaring of Peover, bart., and others of a moiety of Kelsall manor with Court Leet and Court Baron, a moiety of the commons, and the land called Longley, with appurtenances, the eighth part of Kingsley Fee and the commons, and all other their messuages in Kingsley, Newton, Norley, Cuddington, Frodsham, Clotton and Duddington, 40 acres of waste in Manley, the capital messuage of Flaxyards, with messuages in Eaton, Rushton and Alpraham, seven parts of the manor of Eaton and Rushton with Court Leet and Court Baron, three parts of Alpraham manor, messuages in Haughton, Weston, Chorley and Tatenhall [Tattenhall], the capital messuage of Peckforton with the water cornmill and windmill there and other appurtenances, the capital messuage of the said John in Sandbach, the office of Chief Forester of Delamere with appurtenances, the manor of Nonneley [Noneley], Shropshire, and the messuage called Woodhowse [Woodhouse] in Stoke upon Terne [Stoke upon Tern] manor, Shropshire.
