Featuring illustrations of Luke Perkins, who was publicly whipped for insulting the town minister, and his wife, Elizabeth, who was among those brought before Essex County Court at Ipswich in 1682 for 'folding their hair, frizzing and knots, and wearing silk scarves'. The chart has pencilled annotations.
