Accident register, name of colliery not given. [Cambrian Colliery has been given as a possible colliery as addresses identified within the volume are from the Trealaw, Penygraig, Clydach Vale and Tonypandy areas. The original finding aids note the possibility of the volume being related to Aberaman Colliery.] Entries are sporadic, covering the periods 1919-1920, 1932-1939, 1947 and 1959. Later annotations within the volume suggest use of the volume by a child/children, with at least one entry dated 1972. Towards the back of the volume there is a list of names under the heading 'Air raid precaution class', dating 1938-1939. Entries are recorded on pages originally printed for reports on 'the state of ventilation and measurement of the quantity of air circulating through the workings'.
