Most of this collection is title deeds for various premises in Stadhampton and Little Milton. It also includes deeds for other places in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and Denbighshire, as well records relating to the will and trusts of William Fletcher, alderman of Oxford. The link between some of the places is that the properties were purchased by John Thomson of Oxford & Marsh Baldon in the 1860s, a predecessor of the depositor.
The collection was deposited in March 1976, as accession 1263.
