Scope and Content

(i) Thomas Parry of Mold, co. Flint, JP, and Price Parry Adams of Mold, brewer's agent.

(ii) Florence Emma Adams of Old Colwyn, co. Denbigh, spinster, Frederick Walter Adams of Old Colwyn, but now of Patea, New Zealand, gent., and Jessie Puleston Adams of Old Colwyn, spinster.

(i) convey to (ii) a messuage called The Park (formerly Maes y ffynnon) with grounds and land adjoining and a cottage erected on part of the same in Mold, co. Flint, premises known as the Beehive in King Street, Mold, a messuage at Bryn y baal with a bed of building stone, a garden and the messuage erected on part of the same in Northop, co. Flint, a piece of land in Mold adjoining Henffordd Road with the houses thereon and a cottage and garden on the north side of the road from Mold to Queensferry.

(ii) agree to pay an annuity of £60 to Mary Richards, niece of John Jones, late of the Beehive, Mold, and to indemnify (i) from this payment.
