Administrative / Biographical History
Gladsmuir Colliery was operating between 1759 and 1762 mining coal in Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland. The colliery was close to the village of Penston and employed 13 colliers. It produced about 3,400 loads of coal a month, amounting to 300 tons.

Found in a skip in Woodlands Road, Glasgow
