An Act for exempting and exonerating the estates devised by the will of William Hudleston, esq, dec, to be sold, from the jointure on Gertrude Rigby, wife of Townley Rigby, esq.

And for charging an annuity, or rent-charge, of equal value, on the estates entailed by the said will; and more effectually to enable the said trustees of the said William Hudleston to execute the trusts reposed in them by the said will.
