Address: Lyminster, Arundel, [Sussex]. [?To the Editor of the Edinburgh Review.] Describes the services rendered by his late father in the invention of the power loomand the inadequacy of the Government grant of £10,000, which 'did not repay one fifth part of loss which his family sustained, and which, as his only son, has continually fallen on me'. With the letter are 7 printed verses which Cartwright senior had desired 'might be engraven on his tomb'.
