Administrative / Biographical History
The Imperial Hotel, Helensburgh, Scotland, became a limited liability company in 1935, under the name Imperial Hotel (Helensburgh) Ltd . David Blanche and Andrew Inglis were appointed as directors in May 1935, and then Margaret Mar was appointed as a third director in July of that same year. All shares were transferred to G & J Maclachlan Ltd , brewers in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 3 March 1965, and in May 1965 the company went into voluntary liquidation.
