Consideration: building by (ii) of a substantial house on the site, to be of brick or stone, with handsome glazed windows in every room, floors ceiled with lime and hair, the roof slated, hinged and locking doors to each room, oak floor boards to the chambers and convenient chimneys and hearths, a staircase and a cellar. Also (ii) to make a pew of well-seasoned oak boards in the sitting place granted.
