Correspondence

Scope and Content

D. Stodart to the Bishop of St. Asaph: as Mold was worth £10 in the King's books it required a £6 stamp (which he could not obtain at St. Asaph); he would send to Denbigh for one and as soon as it arrived would engross the deeds.

Endorsed with memorandum by Rev H.W. Eyton that no first fruits were due for Mold.

(NLW 1159).
