(i) Rev. Hope Wynne Eyton of Leeswood, co. Flint, clerk and Margaret Wynne Eyton, his wife.

(ii) John Wynne Eyton of Leeswood, esq., eldest son and heir apparent of the said Hope and Margaret.

(iii) Sir Stephen Richard Glynne of Hawarden Castle, co. Flint, Baronet.

(iv) George Mellor of Chester, gent.

A capital messuage or mansion house in the township of Leeswood and parish of Mold, co. Flint, called Leeswood Hall with the demesne and other lands thereto belonging, several messuages or tenements and a water corn mill or site thereof, and fields and parcels thereto belonging all in the townships of Leeswood, Bistre, Hartsheath, Tryddyn, Arddynwynt, Hendrebiffa, Gwernaffield and Mold in the parish of Mold, co. Flint, a capital messuage in the parish of Hope, co. Flint, called Trimley, with fields and parcels thereto belonging, several messuages and a water corn mill and fields and parcels thereto belonging in the townships of Uchymynydd Ucha, Uchymynydd Issa, Cwmma and Hope Owen in the parish of Hope, co. Flint, two messuages in the parish of Wrexham, co. Denbigh, with parcels thereto belonging, a rent of 3/- for the use of a road, a messuage called Nyodd Llwydd in the township of Glyntrefnant in the parish of Treveglwys, co. Montgomery, with parcels thereto belonging, a messuage called Penyfryth in the township of Maestregomer in the parish of Treveglwys, with parcels thereto belonging, a messuage called Henty in the township of Treflin in the parish of Llanidloes, co. Montgomery, with parcels thereto belonging, a messuage called Gwerneryn in the township of Gwerneryn and parish of Llandinam, co. Montgomery, with parcels, a messuage called Hornby in the same township, with fields and parcels thereto belonging, and a messuage called Cwm Golog in the township of Drefer in the parish of Kerry, co. Montgomery, with fields and parcels thereto belonging all which hereditaments were settled and assured by the marriage settlement of the said Hope Wynne Eyton with the said Margaret Wynne Eyton or by the will of Thomas Eyton, esq., deceased, uncle of the said Hope Wynne Eyton, to the use of the said Hope Wynne Eyton for life with remainder to his first son in tail; also a capital messuage or mansion house in the township of Broncoed and parish of Mold, called Tower, with the demesne of other lands thereto belonging, a capital messuage in the same township called Wayn, with fields and parcels thereto belonging, one other messuage in the same township, messuages in the parish of Gresford, co. Denbigh, with fields and parcels thereto belonging, two messuages or dwelling houses in Llanarmon in Yale in the parish of Wrexham, co. Denbigh, with fields and closes thereto belonging, and several messuages or dwelling houses, maltkilns and shops in the town of Mold and in Pentre and elsewhere in the parish of Mold, co. Flint, to make the said George Mellor a tenant to the praecipe for suffering a recovery.
