Thomas Marsh (Llanidloes) to Revd. Hope Wynne Eyton (Leeswood, Wrexham and Bath): reports on matters concerning Mr. Eyton's Montgomeryshire estate including references to payments and arrears of rent, the high price of grain, tithes, burning of the kiln at Llawr Glyn mill (Jul 1789), flood damage (Jan 1791), disputes about enclosure (1799) and arrangements for sale of the estate.
