Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
This society was established in 1880 as part of the 2nd Station of Doncaster Primitive Methodists. A new church on Highfield Road was built in 1907. In 1934 it was the head church of a circuit. In 1950 it became part of the Doncaster North East Circuit. It joined with the Beckett Road Society in 1964 to form the St. Andrew's Church, on the Morley Road site.
