Scope and Content
Most of the photographs were taken by the photographer Abraham Pisarek, and these have been divided into three files, reflecting the three productions in which Martin Miller performed with the company: "Benjamin … wohin?" ("Where to, Benjamin?") in November-December 1938; "Die Fee" ("The Good Fairy") in January 1939; and "Wintermärchen" (or "A Winter’s Tale") in February 1939. There is a fourth set of photographs which do not appear to have been taken by Pisarek, all of "Wintermärchen".
