From R. Brook Aspland to [F. Baker]. Aspland apologises because he feels he cannot speak at the upcoming Provincial meeting and asks to be excused as he will be preoccupied with the Christian Reformer. Aspland states that the difficulty with the Provincial meeting is that it is usually a large gathering of divines and few of the laity. He believes of paramount importance is how the ministry obtain a living. He recommends Mr. R Carpenter as a speaker.
