Letter

Scope and Content

To [?] from F. Baker. Baker thanks recipient (possibly Shusmith above) for his letter and assures him that there are no ill feelings, but nevertheless feels that he must still withhold his vote, and expresses his mistrust of the representation of the liberal interest in Bolton as it goes against his own opinions [?]. Much is crossed out as it proceeds, but the letter discusses constituents and members.

Dated at Bolton.
