Scope and Content

From Thomas [?] Greenhalgh to F. Baker. Greenhalgh writes that after a three week absence he returned home and found Baker's present awaiting him. He is extremely happy with it and thanks Baker for it. Greenhalgh implies that the present has something to do with writing and especially poetry, as he writes that had he much poetry in him, he would have written a volume at least by now.

Dated at Astley House.
