Letter with, possibly, first page missing, 2 and 3 circled in top right hand of remaining pages, remarking that he and Yvonne are attempting to persuade Maurice Payne to support the establishment of a drama workshop in Millom. Nicholson refers to his Wordsworth second version coming back from the Daily Telegraphwhich he finds very depressing and that the BBC seemed very pleased with the Cowper programme and are considering a follow-up. He writes that he went with Yvonne up to Whitehaven for her annual check-up which, according to the surgeon, wasperfect, see you next December.
