The original typescript - of which this is a photocopy - contained handwritten corrections and amendments by Burgess. Two (photocopied) pages of music score and lyrics, titled Panache, have been inserted between pages 10 and 11.
A note has been pinned to the front of the typescript "Dear Anthony, Thanks and love, Richard". Presumably written by Richard Gregson.
