Soprano Recorder in C

Scope and Content

A soprano recorder in C with baroque fingering, made of what appears to be orange painted plastic. The instrument is significantly worn, and has teeth marks on the mouthpiece from extensive playing.

Maker: Rollins.

Place of production: Probably Germany.

Inscription: ROLLINS / BLOCKFLOTEN.

Hornbostel-Sachs classification: 421.221.12 Open flutes with internal duct with fingerholes.
