41 line typescript poem dedicated to Vladimir Nabokov. Burgess has written "Tri-Quarterly - Illinois" at the top of the page. (The original typescript - of which this is a photocopy - contained several further annotations and corrections in Burgess's hand. Burgess has signed his name, written "Lija, Malta", and also made a correction to the final line of the poem.)
