ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries)

Scope and Content

3 b/w photographs of a display of new materials by ICI, featuring abstract pictures made, by Rothholz, using materials available in 1939 and 1947, to show the advance in technologies. One of the images, of the 1947 picture, is annotated by HAR on the verso 'H A Rothholz (Holt) / 9'. The photographs were in a manila envelope annotated with various designs by HAR, including the Olympic rings logo.

One proof advertisement from Ambassador magazine for ICI Silicones as a waterproof garment finish, stored in a paper folder marked 'ICI - Orient'.
