Alphacast Ltd , engineers, was established in 1962  as a subsidiary company of Fullerton, Hodgart & Barclay Ltd , engineers, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. The companies shared Fullerton's Vulcan works in Paisley. The share capital of the company was £100 with 100 shares issued at £1 each. Charles Glen Hodgart and Hugh Donald Hodgart held a single share each on behalf of Fullerton, Hodgart & Barclay Ltd. The company appears to have ceased trading in 1966  .
