Scope and Content

(ii) Edward Weston of Birmingham, co. Warwick, wire merchant.

Messuage called Fadding's Tenement with lands (named) in Gwersyllt, with authority for (ii) to erect buildings for iron works (or other purposes), to fill in present watercourse (belonging to old fulling mill erected on said premises, but now pulled down), to cut any new watercourses, resovoirs, etc., and to use stone or gravel (reserving all mines and minerals to (i)).

Rent: £25 yearly during first 7 years, £26 for remaining years.
