Scope and Content

(i) Rev. John Pryce of Gunley, Forden, Montgomeryshire, clerk, Mary his wife, and Richard Pryce, their only son and heir apparent.

(ii) Rev. Samuel D'Elboeuf Edwards of Pentre, Montgomeryshire, clerk, and Elizabeth Constantia Edwards, spinster, his only child by Constant his late and second wife.

(iii) Edward Morgan of Brecon, co. Brecon, esq.

(iv) John Morris of Pentrenant, Montgomeryshire, esq. and Williams Dunne of Broadway, Churchstoke [co. Montgomery], esq.

Lease and release from the said Rev. John Pryce to (iii) of capital messuage called Gunley with dovecote and several messuages called Gynley Farm, Lletty Gunfarth, Rhydygroes, Kings Wood, Llwynrhedith in Forden, co. Montgomery, messuages called Ackley, Ty coch, Cae glass and Ty du in Betws and Llanllwchaearn, co. Montgomery, and messuages called Stockton Hall, Stockton Mill (including watercorn mill) and Wood Farm in Chirbury, co. Salop, to uses (specified).

Consideration: intended marriage of the said RIchard Pryce and Elizabeth Constantia Edwards, and £1000.
