Case book number 14, arranged chronologically by date of admission. Includes alphabetised index in front of volume. The entry for each patient contains two sections. The first includes details of patient name, age, date of admission, disease, medical condition, previous medical condition of the patient and relatives, details of education and whether the patient can read or write, the Union or Parish who is responsible for them, relatives address, and an examination of the patient upon admission, including a medical certificate and medical notes on the case. The second section contains reports on the progress of the patient written at intervals during their stay. Correspondence and notices of death can also be found bound with the case notes.
