The second part of the volume records examinations of patients by members of the Commissioners in Lunacy and later the Board of Control, the entries give details as to whether the person was admitted to the North Wales Hospital and under what type of admission, dated 6 Oct 1906 to 12 Nov 1915 and 4 Sep 1930 to 12 Jun 1968.
