Each page contains debits and credits for an account and includes column headings entitled: date, folio of minute book, folio of corresponding credit, corresponding credit and items, totals, folio of corresponding debit, and corresponding debit and items. This volume contains various accounts including: Ablett Fund account, Christmas gifts fund account, clothing account, farm account, furniture and bedding account, maintenance account, new buildings account, private patients account which includes names of patients and the amount they are paying, and water account. For a complete list of accounts included in this ledger see the typed alphabetised index in front of volume. Page 100 to 102 includes a balance sheet, signed and authorised by the district auditor.
