Each page is split into receipts and payments, the receipts page includes details of date; received from; home unions; private patients; service patients; out-county and criminal patients; farm account; repairs and over-quota; miscellaneous; goods sold; and total. The payments page includes details of date; paid to; number of voucher or folio; invoice account; salaries; farm account; surgery; superannuation; repairs; miscellaneous; clerks petty cash cheques; and totals. Due to water damage some text in the front pages of the volume is illegible.
