The payments page contains columns entitled: no of voucher; salaries and wages; provisions; wines, spirits and porter; farm and garden; clothing; necessaries; surgery; furniture and bedding; fittings and repairs; miscellaneous; private patients, funerals, removals and trial cases; and total. Includes resolution dating from Apr 1889 granting the Clerk permission to order necessary articles in addition to those already ordered should the need arise.
