Reciting lease of 17 May 1855 and will and death of Elizabeth Viner, admission out of court of 1., agreement for sale, and reciting that for the purpose of an Act of Parliament imposing an ad valorem duty on sales it had been agreed that £750 be the price of the leasehold premises, and £1250 the prices of the copyhold hereditaments.

Consideration: £2000

Premises: hereditaments and premises demised in lease of 17 May 1852 together with all messuage, stables, building and erections then standing thereon part of which premises were together with part of the copyhold hereditaments described as 'The Elms'

Term: for the residue of 99 years

Subject to rent and covenants contained in lease of 17May 1884 and 28 Feb 1884
