1. Catharine Tetherly, late of the parish of Oystermouth, now of Appledore in the parish of Northam, Devon, Spinster (tenant of the manor)

2. George Gwynne Bird and his wife Mary (nee Paley)

1. surrendered her tenancy of the copyhold to the Lord of the Manor of Oystermouth in the county of Glamorgan. 2. were admitted as tenants on 7 Oct 1845.

Premises: copyhold land within the manor of Oystermouth in the county of Glamorgan the coachhouse, stable and other buildings erected upon it, extending in front of certain messuages or dwelling houses called Clements Row and bounded on the West Side by Turnpike Road, on the South Side by beach and the North side by a garden of 2.
