Premises: land at or near the Dunns, in the parish of Oystermouth, Glamorgan, leased by an agent for the Duke of Beaufort to Mary Padley in an agreement dated 9 May 1832, for term of 99 years, rent of £2 per annum; a dwelling house erected upon this land by Mary Padley and now occupied by Mrs Troughton, Widow, as tenant Also land forming part of Claypitfield, Oystermouth, Glamorgan, leased by Catherine Tetherby to Mary Padley in an agreement dated 10 Aug 1837, for term of 90 years, rent of £6 per annum; a dwelling house erected upon this land and now occupied by Misses M and E Griffiths and Mr George Gwynne Bird as tenants

Sum: £200 lent to 1. by 2. (endorsements for extra sum of £100 lent on 6 Mar 1841, paid back on 21 Nov 1842)

Interest: £5 per annum

Term: for the remainder of the 90 and 99 years left on the original leases, or when the consideration plus interest is paid back by Mary Padley
