LETTER: Dick Davies, Treborth, Bangor to Sir Richard Williams-Bulkeley thanking him for the invitation to become a Deputy Lieutenant. He gives details of his military service and hopes it will be sufficient qualification. He has just returned from 3 days shooting duck, snipe and woodcock in Ulster, where the weather was poor. His health is much improved despite gloomy forecasts from various doctors.
